Observation

Licensor observed all fall zones areas around climbing items within all 3 play ground areas, did not meet 9 inches of ground cover, and required spacing that gives 6 feet of clearance space around all fall zone items, as some climbing items were placed to close together, and does not allow for safe fall zone clearance.
